The equipment can push the camera lens into the furnace wall through the furnace wall opening to directly observe the workpiece operation, the material melting and the flame shape in the furnace. It can be widely applied in industrial high-temperature equipment,such as heating furnaces, steam boilers, glass melting tanks, sintering furnaces etc. In the field of metallurgy, electric power, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, machinery and other industries. 2 Air cooling system
The compressed air (pressure greater than 0.4Mpa) sent from the air compressor station is sent all the way to the furnace door mechanism. After the internal conversion of the furnace door, an air curtain with a certain pressure is formed at the front end of the substrate to prevent the flame caused by the positive pressure in the furnace It sprays out through the furnace door, and can effectively reduce the heat radiation generated by the high temperature in the furnace to the outer layer of the probe cover; it is sent all the way to the oil-water separator, after the oil-water separator is coarsely filtered, it is connected to the electrical control cabinet, and again through the precision After filtering and adjusting the pressure (pressure greater than 0.3Mpa), it is sent to the inner cavity of the probe cover, flows through the entire probe cover, directly forced air cooling to the camera and lens, and blows out from the pinhole to form an air curtain to eliminate high temperature dust in the furnace against the lens Corrosion; the other is connected to the electrical control cabinet. The compressed air connected to the control box enters the explosion-proof pressure controller from one way, and the other way controls the advance and retreat of the actuator.
