Dual-light thermal imaging system adopts 384*288 high-resolution to collect temperature. Since the materials on the belt are always in a state of motion, the system adopts the non-contact temperature measurement method. The on-line thermal imager is installed on the fixed bracket, which is on the side of the transmission belt. Adjust the angle of the thermal imager by adjustable mounting frame, so that the imager can focus the materials on the conveyor belt. Then the infrared thermal imager can accurately receive the infrared light energy of the materials. When the infrared light energy is converted into the corresponding electrical signal and thermal image video signal, the real time image will be displayed on the computer in the central control room or the on-site monitor.
Due to the harsh environment on site, the system should have relevant protection measures (dust proof, moisture proof) to ensure that the online infrared thermal imager can operate on site for a long time. The dual-light thermal camera is integrated with water-air cooling and air purging, which ensures that the thermal camera can work for a long time at a high temperature environment below 250°C, and the lens is kept away from dust. Each belt outlet can be installed with 1 dual-light thermal imager (including thermal image and normal image). The system can set up single or multiple monitoring areas (point, line, frame), and each monitoring area can set 4-20mA output. The temperature monitoring system can be equipped with 4 4~20mA outputs and 4 relay alarm outputs. When the temperature exceeds the setting value, the system will output sign to the end alarm or the spray system will spray to control temperature.
