Brief Introduction
The glass liquid level measurement and controller imaging system is a non-contact optoelectronic integration system, specialized in measuring the glass liquid level and controlling the feeding speed.Capturing images by CCD camera, and analyzing liquid data by digital image processing technology.Compared with platinum needle type liquid level gauge,pneumatic type liquid level gauge,and laster liquid level gauge,it is more convenient, more stable but less maintenance.
This system can use real-time two ways 4-20mA current signal,make it easier for connecting DCS and other control parts.
Monitoring Principle
As you can see, there is a observation hole A in furnace parapet, due to the mirror effect of high temperature melting glass liquid, you can see A' reflection A1 in the liquid glass surface. When liquid level changed, the distance 2H between A and A1 proportional changed. Through camera to get the image, and input the video signal into computer, the computer will begin to feature extraction and image processing, then you may get 2H, which can reflect the liquid change. Furthermore, you can also get the liquid change by testing the distance between reflection image and a fixed point. In the case of a stationary camera, set any point as a datum zero (relative to zero), then the actual liquid level can be obtained as to the change of the zero value (liquid level measured values).
System Components
- Image processing computer: process the camera image to image data and send it to the screen. To accept keyboard input and set parameter. Output control signals to the feeding mechanical to control liquid level position. When abnormal fluid level happens, output a alarm signal.
- Camera: including stent, camera housing , camera, lens, etc., mainly used to obtain a clear image.
- Current output multi-function controller with 485 interface: Through 485 command to receive instructions from the computer and return to the data.
According to the settlement, output the corresponding current signal and alarm current signal.
