Brief Introduction
Blast furnace infrared temperature monitoring system is a special imaging equipment used in high temperature environment, using compressed air cooling. The probe is made of double-layer stainless steel material with interlayer ventilation for direct cooling. The compressed air in the inner layer directly forces the air cooling of the infrared thermal camera and lens. At the same time, the compressed air is emitted in the front pinhole to form a wind curtain to suppress the flame and dust in the furnace, and effectively reduce the heat radiation of the probe from the high temperature in the furnace. The equipment can extend the infrared thermal camera lens into the furnace wall through the furnace wall opening, and directly observe the operation of the workpiece in the furnace, material melting and flame shape, etc., which can be widely used in metallurgy, electric power, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, machinery and other industries of heating furnaces, steam boilers, glass melting tanks, sintering furnaces and other industrial high temperature equipment.
